I'm Dr Helen Lawal, Nutritionist & Coach MBBS BSc DFSRH MN.Nutr


I have over 13 years experience of working in the NHS as a Doctor. I've helped thousands of patients manage their health and reached millions more through my work on TV and in the Media. I hold degrees in Medicine and Sports and Exercise Science; and further qualifications in Women's Health, Health Coaching and Nutrition.

I've been running my online coaching business for almost 5 years. Having recently qualified as a Nutritionist I am delighted to now be able to offer my clients my brand signature 1:1 program The Nutrition Prescription.

The Nutrition Prescription is based on my unique signature methodology The Re-Energise Method. I've spent years refining this methodology, drawing on my experience as a doctor and it informs all the work I do with clients. It encompasses evidenced based nutrition, understanding your relationship with food, sleep, rest and exercise alongside emotional wellbeing. In a series of weekly steps, including 1-to-1 coaching sessions and pre-recorded videos, you'll explore these pillars of health, prioritise your time and energy on them and take consistent steps to help you more forwards.

My step by step approach alongside highly personalised supportive coaching helps you to take the worry and overwhelm out of healthy eating and focus on what your body needs to help you feel less tired and more energetic and confident!
