Crispy Curly Kale Crisps

Kale is a dark leafy green, packed with nutrients. This is a simple and quick recipe and an easy way to boost your daily veg intake.

  • Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper
  • Layer with chopped curly kale
  • Drizzle with olive oil and salt
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes at 180c until begins to brown and crisps
  • Allow to cool and store in an air tight container
